Julia has taught across various age groups since 2014. She believes that a strong sense of belonging and emotional security is the foundation for an effective learning environment – an environment where children want to be, one where they are valued for who they are, where their strengths are celebrated, and where both their academic progress and social/emotional development is closely nurtured. Julia is passionate about evidenced based approaches to learning, as well as the importance of play based pedagogy to facilitate holistic child development.
